Sound Healing
Sound is so important to us as humans. For millennia, we’ve produced enjoyable sounds to calm us and to make us happy. In fact, many wise healers from Pythagoras in ancient Greece to modern physicians, like cardiologist Mitchell Gainor, have used sound as ‘medicine’ to help heal the effects of stress and anxiety.
I use instruments of an ancient lineage to calm overactive minds and nervous systems and bring people to a passive meditative state.
Sound has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and calm overactive minds. Many people experience mind-altering states, and deep physical and mental relaxation. They often leave feeling centered, energized, and inspired.
I primarily offer sound experiences in group events, and periodically as private sessions.
