This 30 minute guided meditation is appropriate for all levels of meditation experience. Highly recommended for people who don’t resonate with traditional meditation.

Based in the Realization Process work of Judith Blackstone, this meditation will help you let go of the week and become present and connected. Along the way, you will gain experience in how to reset your personal body-mind space on the fly, helping you stay in your calm center throughout the week.
