Deepen your felt experience of embodiment, presence, and authenticity through guided RP practice. The practices presented in this class are the bedrock of RP practice and the foundation of all inner exploration. These practices are the entry point to immense self-knowing and healing.

This class will be recorded and shared so you can practice on your own.
