This is a space to deepen your personal TRE practice. Practicing TRE with fellow Providers connects us more fully to our neurogenic tremor and supports our individual growth.

Sessions include:

• Exercise guidance and exploring modifications.

• Tremor time.

• Intervening & tremor evolution.

• Questions and sharing time.

Sessions are held the fourth Wednesday of the month.

There is no charge to join, but registration is required to get Zoom link.
