A Realization Process practice can help anyone feel more at home and more in flow with themselves.  Developed by psychologist and spiritual teacher Judith Blackstone, these gentle practices help us to let go of our protective grip on life and open to the safety and beauty of the present moment.  Imminently practical and immediately useful, the Realization Process has a profound effect on how we perceive ourselves and our world, often from the very first experience.
