LIBERATE@Sanctuary is a sound event designed to wash you clean of the influences and patterns in your life that hold you back.  

The experience begins with a guided meditation to help focus your intention.  Accompanied by quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments for brain wave entrainment and hemispheric balance, the short meditation will strengthen your ability for self-liberation.  

The experience ends with an energizing and cleansing gong finale.  Gentle scent from natural sources will seal the exercise and close the event.

LIBERATE is always held as close as possible to the Full Moon to harness the energetic influences of the phase.

The tone of this event is energizing and cathartic.
