The experience begins with a guided meditation to help you feel relaxed and safe.  Accompanied by quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments for brain wave entrainment and hemispheric balance, the short meditation will strengthen your ability to deeply rest in the present moment.  

The experience ends in a slow fade, leaving you surrounded by infinite space.  Gentle scent from natural sources will seal the exercise and close the event.
