The Winter Solstice is a special moment marking a Northern Hemisphere shift from darkness to light.

Your own body, born of Earth, is a celestial body as well. You are inseparable from this profound cosmic event. The Solstice moves through you as it dances through our planetary home.

This is a very fruitful moment where we can align our spirit with the transformative energy of this cosmic event. Coupling the energy of the solstice with the vibrations from the sound healing instruments allows us to sharpen our intention and tune our personal vibration. Using sound as a carrier wave, our desires, intentions, and visions for the new year are amplified. We are able to embody the person we know we are deep inside. We’re able to align ourselves with the trajectory of our highest expression.
